Allowance of one round of amendments to architectural drawings , following client feedback.

Submit and administer the planning application until a formal decision is reached by the local authority. We are different to most, our job isn't done once the application is submitted. We will liaise with the planning department and adjust the architectural drawings as required.

Once planning permission has been granted, we will set to work on producing a detailed building regulations drawing package showing the construction details and its compliance with Building Regulations.
